Animal Forms Intensive

Please Note: This program is presented in retreat format and begins at 9am on October 9 and ends at 6pm on Ocober 10. Please make accommodations and travel plans accordingly.

Intermediate instruction in Xiantianwujimen, Yiquan, and Wudang Shan lineages is given in this program.

Offered only in land practice centers. Participants are required to stay within the land center throughout the entire program.

This intensive includes personalized instruction in the following sets:

• Selected animal postures in the 12 devas:
  • Extending the claws and opening the wings
  • Green dragon stretching its claws
  • Crouching tiger stalking its prey
• Hua Tu's Five Animals
• The Five Internal Animals - tiger, leopard, snake, dragon, and crane

This program focuses on training the participant to embody the essence of the animal in the physical form and in spirit.

Tuition: $325.00 Program fees include 3 meals per day served by the Karmê Chöling kitchen.

About Dr. Eva Wong

Eva Wong is the 19th-generation lineage carrier of Xiantianwujimen Taoism (Pre-celestial Limitless Gate School of Taoism) and 3rd-generation student of Wang Xiangzhai, founder of Yiquan martial arts and Zhangzhuan (standing qigong). She is the author and translator of 12 books on the Taoist arts of health, meditation & qigong, including Nourishing the Essence of Life: The Outer, Inner, and Secret Teachings of Taoism. Eva Wong is also the lineage carrier of Zhen's Xuankong Flying Stars Feng Shui and Sanyuan (Three Periods) Feng Shui. She is the author of Feng-Shui: The Ancient Wisdom of Harmonious Living for Modern Times and A Master Course in Feng-Shui, which have been translated into numerous languages, including Spanish, German, French, Russian, Italian, and Polish.
