Please Note: This program is presented in retreat format and begins at 9am on October 7 and ends at 6pm on Ocober 8. Please make accommodations and travel plans accordingly.

Intermediate instruction in Xiantianwujimen, Yiquan, and Wudang Shan lineages is given in this program.

Offered only in land practice centers. Participants are required to stay within the land center throughout the entire program.

This intensive includes personalized instruction in the following sets:

• 12 devas
• Hua Tu's Five Animals
• The tiger, leopard, and snake forms from the Five Internal Animals
• Selected tendon changing and marrow washing postures from The Immortals' Guide to Self Massage and Breath Regulation and the Red Phoenix Calisthenics
• New material: Eight Basic Wudang Warrior Qigong forms

In this program, qigong postures will be modified to maximize training in tendon strength, elasticity, and flexibility. In addition, the Eight Basic Wudang Qigong forms, which is the fast-track program for strengthening the tendons, will be taught.

Tuition: $325.00 Program fees include 3 meals per day served by the Karmê Chöling kitchen.

About Dr. Eva Wong

Eva Wong is the 19th-generation lineage carrier of Xiantianwujimen Taoism (Pre-celestial Limitless Gate School of Taoism) and 3rd-generation student of Wang Xiangzhai, founder of Yiquan martial arts and Zhangzhuan (standing qigong). She is the author and translator of 12 books on the Taoist arts of health, meditation & qigong, including Nourishing the Essence of Life: The Outer, Inner, and Secret Teachings of Taoism.
