Getting to Karmê Chöling is easy! Karmê Chöling is located in Northeast Vermont, one hour north of White River Junction off Interstate 91. The address is 369 Patneaude Lane, Barnet, Vermont 05821. Drive west for one-half mile to Patneaude Lane (second right). (PLEASE NOTE: PATNEAUDE LANE IS A SMALL RURAL ROAD. IT IS UNPAVED AND QUITE STEEP. We are pleased to announce that we have made arrangements with Apex Car Service so that you only pay $65 each way (White River Junction, Hanover and Lebanon) and Karmê Chöling will subsidize your ride for the balance. The continuation of the subsidy service is based on availability of funding. PLEASE - give 48 hours advance notice to Apex Car Service or this reduced rate may not be possible. Transportation from White River Junction, Hanover, Lebanon, Burlington and Magog to Karmê Chöling Apex Car Service – services WRJ, Hanover & Lebanon Fee (one way) for White River Junction, Hanover and Lebanon $65 USD - PLEASE - give 48 hours advance notice to Apex Car Service or this reduced rate may not be possible. Vermont Ground Charter – services Burlington Rural Community Transportation – services Magog (Canada), WRJ, Hanover, Montpelier, Burlington and Lebanon, NH. Please note: You must make arrangements with RCT at least 5 days in advance and pay a deposit in the form of a check or money order. RCT does not accept credit cards. RCT can be contacted as follows: Rural Community Transportation Inc. PLEASE NOTE: IN GENERAL A MINIMUM OF 4-5 DAYS ADVANCE SCHEDULING IS REQUIRED AS RCT IS STAFFED BY VOLUNTEER DRIVERS. Although prices will vary and you should inquire when you make your reservation, you can expect to pay roughly $65 per ride with RCT for White River Junction, Hanover & Lebanon. RCT does not accept credit cards and may require a deposit to schedule your ride. Both Apex Car Service and RCT are working hard to assist our patrons with transportation needs. Please schedule in advance and be certain to cancel your reservation of you find you do not need this service. Both companies will require payment if they go to a pre-arranged destination and you are not there. Please note that due to fuel prices, rates are subject to change withot notice.
